Art Union Raffle Rules

 

1. Promoter

This Art Union is conducted by Carers Accommodation Eurobodalla Regional Hospital Inc. (CAERH), a not‑for‑profit organisation authorised under the Community Gaming Act 2018 (NSW) to conduct an Art Union. Authority Number: GOCAU/2565. 2. Purpose of the Art Union

All proceeds from this Art Union will be used to support the construction of approx. 6 motel-style units, plus common areas to accommodate family and carers of persons receiving treatment at the new Eurobodalla Regional Hospital.  

 

3. Eligibility to Enter

  • Entry is open to all persons except those:

    • involved in conducting the Art Union, including drawing the prize; or

    • involved in the management of the benefiting organisation.

  • Children may enter unless an age restriction is specified.

 

4. Ticket Information

  • Ticket price: $10.00

  • Total number of tickets available: 7,000

  • Ticket sales open: 1 May 2026

  • Ticket sales close: When all tickets are sold (notice will be provided on this website).

  • Tickets may be purchased online, in person, or at approved fundraising events.

 

5. Prizes

  • Total prize value: $33,000 (must exceed $30,000 for an Art Union)

6. Draw Details

  • The draw will take place at Moruya Golf Club within 1 month of completion of ticket sales or May 2027 whichever is the sooner.  Further details will be provided closer to the draw.

  • The draw will be conducted using an electronic random draw system.

  • Winners will be notified by phone and/or email within 2 business days.

  • Results will be published on www.caerh.org within 2 business days of the draw.

 

 

7. Unclaimed Prizes

If a prize is unclaimed after 3 months, a redraw will be conducted in accordance with NSW Fair Trading requirements.

 

8. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of the Art Union and will not be shared except as required by law.

 

9. Disputes
